Mura (the "App") is a mobile application designed to serve as a city street art check-in guide and a platform for users to share clothing upcycling experiences. The core services include:
By accessing or using Mura, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement (the "Agreement") and all applicable laws and regulations.
2.1 You must be at least 13 years of age to create and use a Mura account. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental/guardian consent before using the App.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (e.g., username, password) and all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.4 Mura reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any provisions of this Agreement or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
3.1 You agree to use Mura only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

3.3 You agree not to use Mura in a way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App's functionality.
4.1 You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, post, or share on Mura (including photos, text, and upcycling experience). By posting content on Mura, you grant Mura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Mura service.
4.2 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the license above and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
4.3 Mura reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
4.4 You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from your content and your use of Mura.
5.1 Basic use of Mura is free of charge. Mura may offer optional paid services (e.g., premium features, special challenges) from time to time.
5.2 All payments for paid services are final and non-refundable, unless required by law or specified in the payment terms for the specific service.
5.3 Mura reserves the right to modify pricing for paid services at any time, with prior notice to users (minimum 7 days for existing paid users).
5.4 You are responsible for all fees associated with your use of Mura, including but not limited to data charges from your mobile carrier.
6.1 Mura reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (temporarily or permanently) at any time, with or without notice.
6.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Mura customer support. Upon termination, your right to use Mura will immediately cease.
6.3 Mura may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service if you breach this Agreement, with or without prior notice.
6.4 Sections 4 (Content Rights), 7 (Disclaimer), 8 (Dispute Resolution), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination of this Agreement.
7.1 Mura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mura makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 Mura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of Mura.
7.3 Mura does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7.4 Mura is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content posted by users on the platform.
8.1 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations between you and Mura.
8.2 If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Mura is operated, in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
8.3 In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
9.1 Mura reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or other reasonable means (e.g., email) at least 15 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
9.2 Your continued use of Mura after the effective date of the updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
9.3 If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must stop using Mura and terminate your account.
